The ground floor has a spacious well equipped modern kitchen with oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and fridge. The lounge has some beautiful exposed beams there is also a television with DVD/Video.

On the first floor there is 1 double and 1 bunk bedroom. There is a bathroom with power shower over bath, and WC.

Guests have access to the children's play area, with a slide, swings, trampoline and sand pit.

There is the added benefit of fishing which can take place on the owner’s farm a few fields away at the river Tamar (See location map at top of page), if you don't fancy the walk, the owners are happy to offer a ride to the river and be picked up again when ready at your own leisure.

Please note: The owners should soon be constructing a fence around the pond.

Perfect base to explore the surrounding towns and villages. including the seaside town of Bude (7 miles), traditional North Devon market town of Holsworthy (6 miles), and the village of Bridgerule (2 miles) with its village shop and pub. The sandy beaches surrounding Bude are within easy reach, as are the towns shops, restaurants, supermarkets and pubs.
