Double doors then take you out onto an enclosed, South facing decking and garden area.

The 3rd Double size bedroom and wet room with WC, basin raindrop shower and heated towel rail, is located through the lounge and at the back of the property which can also be entered from the front door into porch from the outside. Surfers in the family can come in this way to the wet room without going into the house and remove wet suits and have a hot shower too.!

Also at the front of the property leading from the front decking is the spacious kitchen diner, fully equipped including fitted kitchen, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. We also have an office area for your lap top if required with desk and chair and a great view!!

From the kitchen there is access to back utility with washing machine and tumble dryer and back door to enclosed side and back garden.

Widemouth Bay is an unspoiled haven for beach lovers and walkers, with its dramatic cliffs and wide open sandy beaches. There is a wonderful beach house shop selling local produce including fresh fish counter, and The Bay view pub with outstanding views, bar, restaurant & children's area.

Bude itself is a few minutes' drive from our property with its picturesque town, canal & breakwater, and beaches. The owners have plenty of information & ideas to make your holiday jam packed with fun things to do, or they will help you completely relax & get away from it all.
