Approached by a 300 metre private road the cottage has ample parking for three cars. The large, well equipped, kitchen/diner boasts a beamed ceiling and slate floor with a coal and wood burning fire.

On the ground floor:
There is a large open-plan kitchen and dining area with woodburner and slate floor. There is a spacious lounge leading from the kitchen.
A double bedroom is adjacent to kitchen.

On the first floor:
There is a bespoke four-poster bed. Across the landing there is also a twin bedroom.

The bathroom has a bath with shower over and WC.

All rooms offer spacious accommodation. The rooms are decorated and furnished to a very high standard in traditional cottage style and all bed linen is provided.

The cottage is near the pretty village of Marhamchurch with pub/restaurant and shop, while the seaside resort of Bude is only 3 miles away offering supermarket, pubs, restaurants, shops and sandy beaches.
There are electric storage heaters. All fuel and power is included in rent May to September, £25 per week fuel supplement October to April.
The picturesque village of Marhamchurch, with Church, Shop/post office, and Pub/restaurant is 1 ½ miles.
