How to book

If you are looking for a property or have found a property you would like to book, please contact us via the contact us page. Remember you can check availability/prices by clicking here. We will then check final price/availability with the owner and get back to you.

If you decide to go ahead with the booking after we contact you, we will then book your holiday and contact you again confirming the booking. We will send you a pre-filled booking form by email which must be printed, completed and then posted direct to the owner along with payment.

If it is at least 6 weeks prior to the holiday start date, then you have the option of paying in full or paying a minimum deposit (normally 25% of the cost of the holiday). If the holiday is within 6 weeks away then you are required to pay the balance in full.
